Overview

These Bonus Terms & Conditions govern all promotional offers issued by Rkgg. By accepting any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, and you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria. Rkgg reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at its sole discretion with appropriate notice where required by law.

Definitions

• Bonus: any promotional funds, free spins, or other rewards granted by Rkgg that are subject to wagering and playthrough requirements.
• Bonus Funds: the portion of the Bonus that is designed to be wagered under the applicable requirements.
• Wagering Requirements: the number of times the Bonus Funds must be wagered before any withdrawal of Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom is permitted.
• Eligible Games: games that contribute toward wagering requirements as set out in the promotion terms.
• Promotional Period: the period during which the wagering requirements must be completed and the bonus may remain active.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in online gambling where you reside.
• Your Rkgg account must be in good standing and free from limitations related to promotions, bonus abuse, or fraud.
• Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. If you are resident in a country where online gambling promotions are prohibited or restricted, you may not participate.
• Only one active account per person, household, IP address, or payment method is eligible for promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Promotion Types and Activation

Rkgg offers various bonuses, including deposit-based offers and no-deposit promotions. In most cases, no special code is required to participate; activation occurs automatically upon meeting the stated conditions. Some promotions may require opt-in; if so, the opt-in will be clearly presented in the promotion details.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

General wagering on Bonus Funds is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms. When a bonus is active, wagering contributions accrue according to product rules: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games contribute a smaller percentage or may be excluded altogether, as detailed in the specific offer. Progressive jackpot games are generally excluded from contributing to wagering requirements. Some games may be restricted entirely; the active banner or game restriction notice will reflect any limitations.

Only fully settled bets count toward wagering requirements. Bets that result in a push or void do not count. Minimal-risk betting patterns, such as simultaneous bets on multiple outcomes to reduce risk, do not qualify for fulfilling wagering requirements.

Maximum Winnings and Withdrawals

The maximum payout from a given Bonus and its winnings is capped at an amount specified in the offer terms or, in the absence of a stated cap, at 5,000 EUR or equivalent per promotional cycle. Any winnings exceeding the cap will be forfeited. Winnings from bonuses may be withdrawn only after the wagering requirements have been satisfied and the account has undergone any required verification (KYC). No withdrawal of Bonus Funds alone is permitted until the wagering conditions are fulfilled.

Time Limits and Expiry

Bonuses granted by Rkgg remain valid for seven (7) days from issue unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Free spins and other time-limited rewards may have shorter validity, typically 24 hours from issuance or activation. All times are stated in CET/CEST unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation, Forfeiture and Opting Out

A Bonus may be cancelled at any time by the player. If cancelled, the Bonus Funds and any winnings attributed to the Bonus are forfeited. Where a deposit-based promotion is accepted, the deposited funds remain available; however, the Bonus Funds will be removed if the wagering requirements have not been met. If you withdraw funds before satisfying wagering requirements, the Bonus and any accrued winnings tied to that Bonus are forfeited.

Promotional Abuse, Fraud and Compliance

Rkgg prohibits duplicate or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or manipulation of bonus mechanics. Any activity deemed promotional abuse may result in confiscation of Bonus Funds and related winnings, and could lead to account suspension or closure. The operator reserves the right to audit all wagers and transactions prior to approving any withdrawal or bonus payout.

Deposit and Bonus Interaction

When a Bonus is active, real-money funds are used before Bonus Funds for bets. The Bonus may be cancelled or forfeited if wagering requirements are not met. Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific offer.

KYC, Verification and Responsible Gaming

Rkgg may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time and may restrict, suspend, or deny Bonus use until verification is completed. Documents required may vary by deposit method and jurisdiction. Players are expected to comply with all applicable age and identity verification requirements. Rkgg promotes responsible gaming and provides tools to set deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion in accordance with applicable law.

Regional Restrictions

Promotions may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions. If you are located in such a region, you will not be eligible for the promotional offers. Rkgg reserves the right to enforce geographic limitations and to withhold or revoke any bonus from players in restricted regions.

Language, Precedence and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are published in English and govern all meaning and interpretation of the promotional offers. In the event of any inconsistency with translations, the English version prevails. Any disputes regarding promotions shall be resolved in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction set forth by the licensing authority that authorizes Rkgg to operate. The decision of Rkgg on any dispute is final.

Privacy and Data

Any personal data collected in connection with the promotion is processed in accordance with Rkgg's Privacy Policy. By participating in a promotion, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in the policy.

Governing Law and Disputes

The terms relating to bonuses are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s license jurisdiction. The courts having exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to promotions will be those of the licensing jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
