Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rkgg Website and the Services it offers. By registering for, accessing, or using the Website, you enter into a binding contract with Rkgg. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not register, access, or use the Services.

Eligibility and Registration

  • Rkgg may perform ongoing verification checks, including inquiries to third‑party sources, to confirm age, identity, and residence, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.

Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  • Players must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to manipulate outcomes or provide an unfair advantage. The Website monitors for such activity and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and to forfeit funds where such activity is detected.
  • Cheating, collusion, or any scheme to defraud Rkgg or other players is strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure.
  • Players must not attempt to exploit bugs or technical malfunctions. If a defect occurs, play must be halted and any affected transactions may be voided at Rkgg’s sole discretion.

Funds, Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Rkgg holds customer funds in dedicated client accounts separate from its own funds. Such funds are not interest bearing and are not protected in the event of the company’s insolvency, except to the extent required by applicable law or licensing authorities.
  • All deposits are for the purpose of participating in the Services and may be withdrawn subject to successful completion of any verification checks and compliance with these Terms.
  • Winnings may be withheld or clawed back if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited activity, or if a transaction is found to be invalid or in error due to technical issues or fraud.
  • Rkgg reserves the right to refund to a registered payment method any funds credited to your account in error.
  • Notwithstanding any other provision, if you dispute a transaction, Rkgg may investigate and withhold funds in accordance with applicable laws and licensing rules pending resolution.

Promotions, Bonuses and Wagering

  • Promotional offers and bonuses are provided subject to terms published in the Promotions section of the Website. Each offer sets its own eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, game contribution, time limits, and other restrictions.
  • Bonus winnings from promotions, including free spins, are not guaranteed. Wagering contributions and the ability to withdraw may depend on meeting the specific terms of each offer and the game’s RTP.
  • When a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin and/or per wager may be capped and other restrictions may apply. Breach of promotional terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings attributable to it.

Responsible Gaming, Time-Out and Self-Exclusion

  • Rkgg provides tools to support responsible gambling, including options to set limits, take a break (Time-Out), or self-exclude for a defined period. Changes to limits take effect in accordance with the timelines set in the Account Settings.
  • If you indicate risk of financial or personal hardship, Rkgg may impose limits, suspend activity, or close your account in accordance with internal policies and licensing requirements.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts

  • If there is no login activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be deemed Inactive. Inactivity may lead to security‑driven suspensions of balance access pending reactivation.
  • Rkgg may apply an administration charge to dormant balances, charged at 5.00 units of the account’s currency, payable every 30 days until the balance is restored or the account is reactivated. This charge does not affect the remaining real money balance.

Closing or Terminating Your Account

  • You may request account closure via the designated support channels. A closure becomes effective a minimum of 72 hours after confirmation by Rkgg, subject to ongoing obligations to settle any active wagers or pending withdrawals.
  • Closing the account does not constitute a self‑exclusion or remove responsibility for activity during the notice period. If you initiate closure while a withdrawal is in progress, the closure will be processed after the withdrawal completes.
  • After closure, access to the Services remains available only if you reopen the account in accordance with the reopening process defined by Rkgg.

Data Protection and Privacy

Rkgg processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The privacy policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the privacy policy, including verification data, payment data, and transaction records.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rkgg excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or the Services. Rkgg’s liability for direct losses shall be limited to the amount of funds you have in your account at the time the claim arises, except where a different limit is required by applicable law or licensing rules.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which Rkgg operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user’s jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Rkgg may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Website or through the account’s notification channels. Continued use of the Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the privacy policy and any other documents referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rkgg regarding the use of the Website and Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
