Sports Rules
Scope and Definitions
These Rules govern all sports betting markets offered by Rkgg. A Market is a defined betting proposition on an event, including outright, in‑play, and speciality bets. A Market is settled only when the outcome is determined by an official source or the event completes in accordance with the market description. The Company may adjust or void unsettled bets where evidence indicates an incorrect outcome or where subsequent official decisions alter the original result.
Settlement Principles
Markets are settled as final once the outcome is confirmed by the appropriate governing body or official source. The following standards apply unless a market description specifies otherwise:
- Official announcements that determine outcomes take precedence. If an announcement is published after a match concludes, settlements follow the published outcome, subject to the 48‑hour cap described below.
- In events not completed or decided by regular duration, the Company settles based on the normal duration as defined for the market. If overtime or additional periods are specified, markets that include those periods settle after their completion, unless the market description states otherwise.
- Markets tied to qualification, progression, or tournament results may be void if the event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within the relevant timeframe.
Prematch, In‑Play and Postponement Rules
Rkgg may accept bets prior to the start of an event and during live play. Bets may be voided or refunded at the Company’s discretion under the circumstances below, including but not limited to:
- Event changes such as venue relocation or significant alterations to match format or duration.
- Technical errors affecting odds or event details, or actions by participants that create an unfair advantage.
- Public announcements or information not included in the market description that could influence outcomes.
- Public restrictions on the event or market that render the bet indecipherable or unfair.
In the event of system interruption during bet placement, customers should check their betting history when the system becomes available to confirm bet acceptance. The Company may void or reject bets affected by the interruption after review.
Video Assistant Referee and Post‑Incident Decisions
When a formal decision from a video review (or equivalent official decision) conflicts with the on‑field decision as it stood at the time of bet placement, bets placed between the occurrence of the incident and the final decision may be voided, unless the market odds were not affected by the review. Bets not influenced by the review remain valid. The Company may reverse settlements if the final decision alters the outcome and is communicated before the match or the applicable settlement window closes.
Odds Presentation and Rounding
For user experience, displayed odds are rounded to two decimals. Total odds are computed using a sixth decimal digit, while the total winning amount is always rounded down to two decimal places. Any discrepancy is a function of these rounding rules and does not imply a separate adjustment.
Settlement Timeframes
The maximum period between the initial settlement of a bet and any subsequent re‑settlement is 30 days. Re‑settlements may occur if a final decision warrants change to the initial outcome and is communicated within the settlement window.
Match Duration and Abandoned Events
If a match is finished by the referee in or after minute 79:00, markets are settled on the final score. If the match ends at or before 78:59, undecided markets are void. If an event is Abandoned or Stopped and not resumed within the specified window, undecided markets are voided, and settled markets stand on the last completed result. Abandonments within 48 hours followed by resumption are treated as ongoing events; otherwise, markets not determined are voided.
Rules addressing specific contexts include the following: a match canceled or postponed, live or prematch formats, and the treatment of markets unrelated to the ongoing event that may become void or voidable depending on the completion status.
Match Formats and Play‑Or‑Pay
The Company supports standard formats for prematch and live bets, including but not limited to 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45 and 3x30. Bets on matches outside the 50 to 90 minute window are void. For 3x30 format, halftime duration is defined as half of total match duration. Outright markets are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule: bets on participants stand as placed even if a participant cannot take part, and are settled as losses for that market; head‑to‑head markets are excluded from this rule. If a participant is replaced, team markets may stand while individual markets relating to the original participant are void.
Scorers and Player Markets
Scorers First, Last and Anytime apply to regular time unless the market explicitly includes extra time. Own goals are ignored for first/last scorer markets when appropriate. A scorer bet is VOID if the player never participates in the match. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has occurred, bets on the first scorer may stand while bets on the last scorer are void. The Anytime scorer market for a scorer who has played is settled as winner, while bets on other players in that market are void.
Sport‑Specific Settlement Nuances
Football: 1x2 markets are settled after normal duration; overtime is included only if stated. Baseball: Moneyline is settled as described when specified innings are completed or when ahead at specified thresholds; other markets may stand to the extent not yet decided. Basketball: matches settled on completed periods; overtime only where described. Tennis: match winner and related markets remain in effect until official determination; retirements or defaults may lead to void or partial settlement as described. Other sports follow their respective governing rules, with the Company applying consistent principles of finality and fairness.
Disputes, Palpable Errors and Fraud
The Company may refuse bets, void bets, or adjust settlements in response to palpable errors, suspected fraud or manipulation, or if the event experience an irregularity that undermines fair play. In such cases, the Company may notify relevant authorities and await a ruling before finalizing settlements.
Responsible Gaming and Compliance
Rkgg operates in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies. Players must be of legal age and comply with the terms and conditions of account use. All bets are subject to verification and ongoing risk management checks.
